Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Steps2Canada, we understand that plans may change. Here’s our policy regarding appointment cancellations and refunds:
Missed or Cancelled Appointments: If you’re unable to attend your scheduled consultation for any reason, please contact us immediately. We offer one free rescheduling if you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Two Missed Appointments: In the event of two missed appointments without prior notice, a new booking fee will be required to schedule another consultation.
Our Cancellation: If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or encounter issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for an alternative time.
